Nine Khoryug monasteries from Nepal organized together so that we could do a joint clean up activity in Boudha, which is a famous Buddhist pilgrimage center in Nepal, for World Environment Day. We were joined by one school as well. The monasteries included: Phulbari Monastery, Nenang Pawo Monastery, Thrangu Monastery, Dilyak Monastery, Palnye Monastery, lama Tenpa Gyaltsen Monastery, Agyang Monastery, Wosel Tekchokling, Karma Thinley Ani Moastery. We were joined by Thrangu School (S.M.D) and eventually local people started joining spontaneously in the event. We were very happy to see this change and pray that it continues.
